Prosperity Bank has entered into a consent order with banking regulators that calls for the bank to continue to increase its capital. The St. Augustine-based bank is the largest community bank based in Northeast Florida in terms of deposit market share. Winn-Dixie Closing Doors On 7 Local Stores
